This hour-long functional fitness class incorporates all aspects of fitness including strength, metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, bodyweight movements and skills. A warm-up, strength or skill session, and the main WOD (workout of the day) are programmed each day and lead by a coach. Proper form, movement standards, and modifications are demonstrated and outlined each class, so whether it's your first day, first year, or you’re a seasoned pro, you will fit right into class.
We strongly recommend completing a one-on-one foundation(s) session prior to participating in the Iron Fit class. These sessions can be purchased under personal training.
